Troubleshooting:

A smooth network will make the connection smoother;When using, it is not recommended to place the camera and the WiFi router apart from each other, which may affect the smoothness of viewing;If the video playback is stuck and the pixels are distorted, it may be that the WiFi network is unstable. You can switch the pixels from HD to SD in the APP, so that the playback will be smoother;

Quick Guide to Connecting Your Camera：
Step 1, First connect the camera to the power supply
Step 2, Open the bottom cover, insert the SD card formatted as Fat format, and turn on the camera switch; it doesn’t matter if you don’t insert the SD card, it will not affect online viewing!
Step 3, Press the reset button to reset the camera(use a pin to hold the Reset button for 7-8 seconds, it will prompt you, then release the reset button. The BLUE light goes off and on again, which means reset has completed)
Step 4: Set WiFi connections
1. “Add device” on APP—“Camera &Lock”—“Smart camera 2.4/5G”
2. Select “Wi-Fi Mode”–“AP Mode”
3. Connect to 2.4 or 5GHz Wifi network
4. Enter router wifi password
5. Click “Go to connect” to access the wifi settings of your phone, find and connect the device’s hotspot, which is named with “SmartLife-xxxx” or “SL-xxxx”, after connected, go back and add devices.
6. When you connect to the camera network, please note that on the phone click “Confirm hot spot connection, next”
